Nvidia is not showing up under display adapters

I have seen a few posts like yours, so you are definitely not alone, but I have not seen so many as I have for the HP Spectre motherboards burning out. Unfortunately, I don't keep track of the frequency of instances like that.

Sorry to read that factory resetting the PC didn't resolve the problem. Business PCs, Workstations and Point of Sale Systems.Printer Wireless, Networking & Internet.
